Welcome to the official website of the National Intermediate Games (NIG), EKO 2026.

Hosted by Lagos State in partnership with the National Sports Commission, EKO 2026 brings together Nigeria’s most talented young athletes aged 15 to 18 for the nation’s premier intermediate multi sport competition. The Games provide a pathway for emerging talent to compete at the highest national standard while preparing for success on continental and global stages.

From athletics and swimming to team sports, combat sports, racket sports, and precision events, EKO 2026 showcases a broad programme of competition designed to challenge, inspire, and develop the next generation of sporting excellence.
